"Very friendly check in staff. Also really appreciated the housekeeping staff. One of the kids lost an AirPod in the bed and didn’t realize it until hours after we had checked out. We called the hotel and they had found it. We were able to pick it up on the way out of town. Very much appreciated. Also, the hot breakfast was nice, with lots of variety. "

"Ok where do I begin. Let's go with the pros. Bedroom - clean sheets and bedding - comfortable beds - lamp in one room was nice Living Room - was nice Here comes the cons, Kitchen -stove dirty -oven & oven door needs a deep clean -stove fan was grimey and dirty -dirty between stove and counter -oven drawer had crumbs inside and on cookware -had no clean dish cloth-only had dirty sponge -no extra clean linen for kitchen -kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky to touch -there were some cracked and dirty glasses -fridge had dried liquid under crisper. -fridge door was dirty outside and down sides -no chairs for kitchen table -no garbage can - had to use the one outside Bathroom -no face clothes -toilet seats was loose -toilet paper holder broken -fan needs cleaning -mold in shower - edge on floor - corners on walls - mold on roof - small patches -garabage can was not emptied Other, -Walls and doors need cleaning and paint -Front door has small hole -stairs going into suite isn't really safe for senior Aunt -no heat for living room -broken glass outside along walkway -no wifi info-had to ask When I came across listing it looked amazing. Said was renovated but it was disappointing to see how it looked when we got there. This suite has so much potential to be comfortable, warm and welcoming. I felt like I stopped at someone's place for a visit. For what we paid it truly wasn't worth the price"

"This was a great location for my family to stay while in town for a wedding. The rooms were nice and clean, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was up-to-date and had everything we needed. It's a short drive (or 20-minute walk) to a grocery and liquor store and near several good restaurants—Momo Grill was so good we had it two consecutive nights). Annu was responsive and checked in to ask if we needed anything during our stay. We were close enough to Fraser Highway so getting into Vancouver was an easy drive but far enough away that we felt like we were in a quiet, residential neighborhood."

"We arrived in the middle of the night and had no trouble finding the apartment block. Entering the building was just as simple. As newcomers to the country we had no internet to access the lock, but our host had us covered with the Wifi, so we entered our apartment. What a beautiful and modern space! Hot shower, soft bed and fluffy pillows and we were set. Come morning, we used our complimentary coffee pods and set out for the day to explore the surrounds. Just down the road is a Freshco., Dollarama, Starbucks, Pharmacy and bank. If you are like us, we needed phones, so we hopped on the bus across the street from us and took a 20min ride to the nearest mall to do some shopping. Our apartment was wonderfully equipped for cooking and relaxing on the couch in front of the TV on a freezing cold day. And with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and vacuum, it was easy to keep the space clean for our extended stay."
