While the front desk staff was friendly, the condition of the rooms were not so great. For $150 a night, I would hope that we would have a working shower that didn’t flood, a sliding bathroom door that wasn’t loose. If it finally made its way out of the screws, the door would have fell and surely hurt someone. We called and they addressed the shower but never the door. The evening before checkout, they called and said they could switch our rooms. At that point, what’s the point? It was already 7pm and we were checking out first thing in the morning.
