Laurel Haven Cottage sits in a historical early 1900's cottage community that feels set back in time in a natural wooded wonderland. The walk-able cottage community is densely wooded and private with access to a community park with covered pavilion, garden, shaded picnic field, large pool and Furnace Run stream, a class A native trout fishing stream. The elegant 1918 cottage welcomes you with a large marble cut stone porch, flagstone patio, grand front room with two-story stone fire place, interior balcony, and vaulted wood ceilings with exposed beams and skylights. The park-like yard has a secondary shaded flagstone patio, dual access deck off the kitchen, and large stone fire-pit. Laurel Haven cottage is spacious on the inside comfortably sleeping 10 on beds with large closets in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with marble-look quartz counters, a six burner (with griddle burner) gas cook-top with oven, range hood, disposal, dishwasher, large microwave, and small appliances (toaster, toaster oven, electric griddle, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, Keurig, and 12 cup drip coffee maker with stainless steel carafe). The cottage has public water. The Dining room is a wall of windows to the large side yard and deck with access to the front porch. There is a large laundry room off the Den with wash tub and separate ironing center. The Den has a large sectional, Smart TV, and an activity table for board games and puzzles with access to the front patio. Every window has views of large ornamental trees and the natural surroundings of the vacation cottage community. The bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and the King and Queen beds have Roku TV's. The bathrooms are large with shelving in storage closets for guest toiletry items. The master bath has a large walk in shower with glass doors and rain can shower head. The vanity is an antique dresser converted into a vanity with granite top.
