We arrived close to midnight from a late flight with our baby. The check-in agent was incredibly efficient even though were weren't rushing her. It was a small detail but we really appreciate her speed because the last thing we wanted to do at that time of night with a baby was stand there for a long time. I wish we got her name because it would have been nice to email her manager to say how pleased we were.
