Motel 6 Pigeon Forge - Parkway

This place should be ashamed of themselves for the blankets, towles and linens were all stained and gross they should've been tossed. There was dog hair all in the beds and we requested a pet free room which I called ahead multiple days in advance to make sure this was put into place. I was able to cancel when i noticed people saying dog hair and fleas were in their rooms. Due to severe allergies we made sure the room was safe being told it was by the staff with notes on the account. The manager was beyond rude when i showed her the dog hair blankets and the new ones qe were given had burn holes and looked like a disease was on them. After dog hairs were on the beds and the pillow cases were stained we changed the blankets only to be given gross sheets and dingy blankets as fresh ones. She said all the rooms have dogs and no that's not what her staff had reassured us of. I was upset because no accountability was taken by not properly training her staff. Jenna was very unprofessional and should be fired. She even sat there read the notes then deleted them in front of me and another customer. This was the worse hotel we've ever stayed at in the area. It was not clean as other reviews stated. It was filthy when I cleaned the room myself due to his allergies. Stay elsewhere they don't change cover here & lie to customers. I was even denied names and a receipt. Very trashy establishment.
