On December 29th 2019, we arrived at the hotel and the man at the front desk rudely said that their reservation system was down and that the hotel was full.
We had to book another hotel on short notice, which, on a side note, ended up being disgusting.
Worst part is, when we ask Hotel.com for a refund, this hotel LIED and claimed we actually stayed at the hotel, creating a story about us wanting a king bed or something like that.
Despite trying to convince Hotel.com on numerous occasions, despite the hotel having no proof that we stayed there (no ID, etc.) and despite the fact we actually booked the second hotel through Hotel.com on the same night, Hotel.com refused to reimbursed us.
We ended up paying 150$ for a crappy room we never slept in.
Avoid this place for your own good.
