We had a wonderful family spring break here. The house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two kids (12 & 9). The house was exactly as pictured, except the bedroom linens have been updated. The pros: besides the outdoor kitchen, bar, covered relaxation area, tube water slide and pool? Everything that was provided: garbage bags, paper towels, all linens, shampoos, lotions, bug sprays, citronellas, rafts, noodles, toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I also liked that the beds were enclosed in zippered covers.
The cons: No big cons! The only thing I would say is that a few easy things can be freshened up. The bar chair cushions were mostly all torn. An easy fix. The bar chairs need a paint job. There are a lot of pots, pans and silverware, but no good chef knife (use any provided at your own risk, lol) and no cutting board.
The slide was HUGE hit. My kids could not get enough of it. And we loved the shaded area off of the pool (the furniture here was lovely as well).
Mark met us when we arrived at night and went through everything as was thoroughly helpful and kind.
Overall: This is exactly what we were expecting and everyone had an amazing time together.
One last note: It's mentioned that when you leave, not to throw away any food - to leave it in the fridge or pantry. That it will be donated, if possible. We very much liked knowing that most leftovers would not go to waste! Thanks again Mark!
