The home is very well maintained. Excellent location! The home has so much to offer but as our stay was only 2 nights we could not make full use of everything. Would happily return here on our next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.
Great Home in Rio Vista
Overall, great home, perfect if you're interested in staying in Rio Vista. Close to the park for the kids. Management has been extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. The only knock on the home is that, given it's an older house, the controls for water temperature in the showers needs significant improvement, but it's a small issue compared to all of the positives. It was perfect for our particular short term needs.

We cannot wait to go back! Better than staying at any 5-star hotel! Cozy, comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained! Well stocked kitchen. Up to date appliances. Pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Fine dining nearby as well. The pool hit the spot for us ! We loved the video game console and the nostalgia it brought back.
