"This was a great spot for our extended family to get together for spring break! The scenery is stunning, and the wraparound decks and large windows provide ample viewing opportunities. The property manager was responsive when needed as well. The only thing I would say is that getting to this cabin might be difficult if you don't have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, as the grades are about 15% going up the hill to the cabin. That wasn't a problem for us, but it might be if you have a very light or low-powered car. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and will consider coming back again in the future. I highly recommend this property!"

"The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was stunning with trails and live water. Secluded, quiet and just an overall beautiful place. The hosts were available and extremely helpful with any questions. Definitely, worth another visit next time we visit the mountains."

"We were very pleased to be in Goldens Retreat Cabin. The Cabin is fantastic!! We spend a lovely time in the cabin for new years weekend. Only recommendation is to illuminate the path way of the road going up to the cabin, is very dark and dangerous."

"This rental property was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, and even a crockpot. The only thing missing were some baking dishes, casserole, and like. We love the view of the mountains from the front porch. It was a little ways from downtown Murphy so you want to make sure you have everything you need from the grocery store before you head home up the mountain. We highly recommend this rental!!"
