Many restaurants and coffee hubs are also close by. Relax in the courtyard garden or lounge with Wi-Fi. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Welcoming snacks with tea, coffee, milk are provided. My aim is to offer guests a pleasant and comfortable stay with home comforts. The Space: The Townhouse: My home is in a truly perfect spot for you to explore this beautiful City and enjoy all it has to offer. The central location is a few minutes walk from the High Street. It has a warm ambience with a spacious and light feel. The property is a Townhouse, it is spread over 3 floors. There are 3 bedrooms, all with blackout blinds and 2.5 bathrooms. Shampoo and soap is available for your use. A separate lounge with Wi-Fi and a kitchen fully equipped with all essentials, if you choose to cook. The courtyard garden is a lovely space to enjoy the outdoors. Surrounding Area: The location is ideal for city workers or visitors to the area. It is also a great place for anyone looking for short term accommodation. The Cathedral is located a few minutes away from the property. The Quay is a 15 minute stroll away. Restaurants, bars, cinemas and shops are all within walking distance. You can relax and enjoy the sights and delights of Exeter! The layout of the house: Ground Floor: Front door and hallway. You will be sent a request for payment after you vacate. Guest Access: The whole property is available. I have ensured the property is comfortable and readily available for guests. Interaction with Guests: I am based in Devon and London, but always happy to help with any questions. I have appointed Roost to help with my listing. They are a management agency and are available 365 days a year. The Neighborhood: You can walk to the High Street, visit the Cathedral or take a stroll to the quayside. You will discover boutique shops down Gandy Street or Fore Street. Local coffee shops are a must for the traveller, offering locally grounded coffee. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from to cater for any discerning palate. The Royal Albert Memorial Museum is a place of historical interest and not to be missed. Immerse yourself in a beautiful museum which exhibits extraordinary pieces and hosts many art exhibitions also. The local theatres showcase non-mainstream films and have a quaint ambience which is charming and delightful. The Picture House is only a short distance walk from the house. The Phoenix is another place to consider. Check their website for details of events and cinema listings. Getting Around: There is much you can access by foot, but equally, you can drive a short distance and be by the beach in Exmouth in less than 25 minutes. Devon is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, ideal for walks and general relaxation. Exeter Central & Exeter St. Davids station both serve the City. Regular Bus services also make travelling around Exeter and beyond, very easy. There are a few car parks in close proximity to the house on Smythen Street and Market Street. Please note: Parking may be available, on request, at £5 per day. Please check for availability and make the reservation upon booking. Other Things to Note: As you can probably tell, the property is a Townhouse, so there are stairs to each floor. The property is located just a few minutes away from the High Street. Off road parking is available on meter bays on the street, with time restrictions.
