Not only was the house wonderful, but it was one of the cleanest and nicest VRBOs we've ever stayed in and the checkout procedures were far simpler than any we stayed at, which made our early morning to catch a flight so much less stressful."

"Wonderful Christmas in this home, excellent layout, pretty fireplace look for gathering around football on TV and games at the dinning table. One block from Kowalski for coffee and snacks. Cute downtown shopping . Plenty of space for sleeping and gathering! Very welcoming place!"

"What a great place to house my people while they were in for an event! Caution - only 2 bathrooms and one is in the Master, so plan accordingly, but everything else was great - we recommend!!"

"Great location, quick walk to downtown Excelsior. The house is super cute! I was worried it would be a little crowded with 9 of us girls, but it was perfect. My sister ran into some of the neighbors and said they were so nice! A few things that would be a nice addition in comparison to what I’ve seen at other rentals I’ve stayed in are a larger full length mirror, brighter lighting in the main floor living room and bathroom, extra sleeping pillows and an organized central location for extra towels, sheets, etc. Most of closets had a random extra towel or sheet here and there but most of them weren’t folded so we didn’t know if they were clean or dirty and ended up doing laundry. I also was hoping for a more detailed instruction list on how to clean before we left, there were only instructions for taking out the trash. Overall though, I would recommend staying there and probably would again!"
