"My mother, toddler and I spent one night in this beautiful hotel in April 2024. Wow! What a beautiful hotel. The room was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the property was well maintained. The courtyard for dining is so pretty and the breakfast buffet options were awesome! Lots of different food items to choose from. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. What a memorable stay. The front staff speak good English, and we’re happy to provide a map with directions to a fantastic restaurant within walking distance. Even the cleaning lady in the lobby and maintenance man were smiling and friendly. People say Canadians are friendly, but we’ve got nothing on Mexicans! Stay here. It’s awesome "

"This unit and entire complex is incredible!! Unit 103 is absolutely beautiful! You can roll out to the huge pool or the beach is RIGHT in front of you! This is truly an oceanfront, luxury condo! Upon arrival, it was spotless! The kitchen is very large and stocked with most of what you need. The bedrooms are big with tons of storage. Bathrooms are lovely. The doors all open up in the main living space, so you can bring the outdoors inside! Speaking of ouside, they have couches and a large table for outside dining! Excellent communication with the staff. Lee was super helpful with setting up rides and giving recommendations when needed and Marlen kept the unit very clean! We felt very safe and Ernesto in security was a nice guy! The pool area does have a bartender in the afternoons and he was always super friendly! This condo complex and unit is very very nice! We hope to return soon, this place is true gem!"

"Wonderful. If you’re looking for the bland efficiency of a Hyatt look elsewhere. This place isn’t without its quirks but the rooms are clean , the food is wonderful and the beach and pool are so fun ! Easy ride to the malecon and beaches (we didn’t have a car) , relaxed home base here. "

"Loved seeing the sunsets from the extensive deck. We enjoyed eating dinner on the deck while the sun was setting. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had adequate utensils and amenities to cook our own meals. Secure condo building next to La Concha Hotel with helpful staff. We so enjoyed walking along the boardwalk each morning to get in our daily exercise. We did not have a rental car this time, but would definitely rent one next time to explore the area and beaches further afield. We would stay here again."
