"Dreams is one of the new properties in Cancun area, wonderfully built, amazing rooms. We stayed in honeymoon suite which was just wow. We had the jacuzzi right in the room with an entrance to shower area. The entire area of bathroom could have been bigger than rooms of many hotels. THE MOST AMAZING PART ABOUT THE PROPERTY IS THEIR STAFF. I can’t describe how well behaved, courteous, eager to serve with a big smile is their staff. Everyone speaks English well which takes away the stress of communicating in Spanish (for those guests who don’t know the language). Their staff keeps coming to serve you drinks right at the pool. Buffet food is decent/average but with a lot of options. Their Italian restaurant Portofino and steak house restaurant Prime Vista serve amazing food. "

"We had great vocation with my kids at All Ritmo resort and water park . Nice beach, awesome view! Relax and quiet environment! Great hard worker, helpful staffs! Nice pool and water park that for kids and adults to enjoy! Different activities for kids and adults to enjoy during all day and every day difference program! Food good, different restaurants to try! Convenient bus to downtown Cancun! Cant expect than what I paid! Thank you so much for having us. We had fabulous vacation ( plus the weather is really nice)!"

"We were extorted by the property manager. We rented a 2 bedroom place for just 2 of us, then my adult son asked if he & girlfriend could join. Hotels.com said we would have to cancel with no refund & look for a new place. When I told them the place already has 2 bedrooms, they provided the property manager’s info & said we would need to work it out with him. I asked him (Valentin) if we could bring 2 more and if we would have to pay extra. He said it was no problem and no extra money…until we arrived. Then he said we owed $400 extra. We argued with him for an hour, then he took the key and left and told Hotels.com the booking was canceled. He had us, because he only agreed no $ over the phone, never in writing. We were stuck paying. Also, the place stinks really bad and has a washer, but no dryer. Also, the water went out multiple times and was shut off all day Wednesday. The showers suck because there’s only half a door and water sprays all over the floor. Also the “beach” is all rock with a couple inches of sand thrown on top. In the water, all rock, no sand. Also, when we arrived, we still had no info on unit/building number, so the guardhouse wouldn’t let us in for a long time, standing in the heat on the side of the road with all our bags. The whole thing was a fiasco. On a positive note, the grounds were gorgeous & the pool was great. The ferry to Isle Muejueres is super close & was also fun. I’ve never been scammed like this before though & that really sucked!!"

"Fun place! Amazing house! So cool to see the designs and authentic decor! House is older but great! Has a locking gate in front! No railing for upstairs, FYI. Our own little beach was amazing. The pool was great! Family of iguanas lives under the deck. Fun to watch. They don't bother you. The marina to the left and other rentals to the left and right, so we did see people walking and swimming. We loved the beach, went to dinner at The Funky Geisha (you have to go) and a catamaran tour in Cancun. USA transfers (online) picked us up from airport round trip and for the dinner and excursion. Great house. There is a public beach you can walk to with vendors and a few little local places. The house attendant was there to meet us. We felt safe and all around was a great trip! The owner is AMAZING! Had a cake and birthday sign waiting on my daughter when we arrived. We cooked too and saved tons! Had so much fun. House has everything you need! Thanks to the owner!"
