A comfortable sleeper sofa adds additional bedding options for any additional overnight guests. Fall asleep after a long day of exploring Durango in fresh crisp linens on one of the queen sized beds. A full size bath is conveniently located next to the lower level bedroom for ease and comfort. Upstairs in the open loft area another queen sized bed awaits you with your own private bath to enjoy. The kitchen lover will find all the appliances and cookware needed to create a family meal or a romantic dinner for two. Some of the items provided will be blender, coffee maker, all cookware and dishware, serving utensils just to name a few. Gather around the dining table with friends and family to enjoy an evening of great food or fun games. Additional amenities you will also find for your convenience include a washer/dryer and all of the linens needed while visiting. ***During summer months window air conditioners are located in the living room and bedroom downstairs. Loft bed and bathroom do not have a window air conditioner, fans and/or ceilings fans are provided. Explore Durango with ease and comfort as we are located approximately 5 minutes from the historic downtown Durango and Durango Railroad station where you will find shopping and dining galore! In addition to all the wonderful features included inside The Ferringway condominiums, our lovely property also offers extra amenities for your enjoyment located right here on site. Take advantage of the outdoor hot tub and pool area or relax in the dry sauna after a long day of exploring Durango. A club house with cable TV is perfect for lounging or small gatherings. Grilling outdoor meals are quick and easy on the propane gas grills that are also provided.
