Perfect place for my wife and I with our two small dogs to stay in the heart of Durango! Small park right across the street and less than 5 minute walk to the river pathway and a 10 minute walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. Just the right size and had everything we needed - including a strong heater that kept the whole place nice and warm on the chilly fall nights. Check-in was a breeze and property managers were very responsive. Would stay again.

This apartment was perfect for me and my hubs! We were able to walk to downtown within 7 minutes. This place is quite small, but was exactly what we were looking for. So much character! The neighbors were very sweet & offered us advice on what restaurants/bars to check out. The home owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and made checking in/leaving easy for us. We made so many wonderful memories here & would most definitely return to this home!
Small but roomy. Quite at night with a comfortable bed. It was close to EVERYTHING! Would stay again and recommend it too family and friends.
