Property Info and check in process
It would have been nice to know in advance this property was on a 3rd floor walk-up, as I am in an orthopedic boot due to an injury. Very difficult to reach property with my physical limitations. Check in process unclear and not provided in a timely fashion. Owner should consider providing check-in information when reservation is confirmed. We walked all over the property looking for the unit and then not knowing how to get in. Had to call the owner who redirected me to the on-site property manager. That information would have been beneficial prior to our arrival.
