"We had a wonderful time here. It was cozy, comfy, and just what our little family desired for our short winter getaway. The beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to have a small bed upstairs, in addition to the queen bed, that our 3-year old could sleep in. We found that everything we needed for cooking meals were provided, and coffee supplies were plentiful as well. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, the wood stove provided us warmth, and the location of the cottage felt private and safe (granted, it is winter and other nearby cottages were unoccupied). Definitely a 5-star stay for us."

"Absolutely loved our time on the spot, it was the perfect location for a 'chose your own adventure' stay with the family. We got to bike around the island, hang out by the beach, enjoy the hot tub, and play board games and cook inside. The sunrises were incredible, lots of the natural world putting on a show for us! It was a real dream, everything was comfortable with enough space for all of us, and we hope to stay again soon!"

"Lovely view in a very peaceful location. Kitchen is fully stocked and all appliances are high end. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is nice. Home is updated but it is an older home, so those sensitive to humidity might not feel comfortable. Convenient to Doe Bay, Buck Bay and Moran and about 20 minutes drive to Eastsound. No beach access and aside from the gravel roads, no real walking area. Lots of deer!"

"Really special and unique property with 3 cottages and an amazing private beach on a quiet corner of the island. The main house is spacious and well laid out to be the center of activity for everyone. Restaurant reservations can be few and far between, so we did a lot of cooking and eating there, with amazing views over the straight and of Mount Baker. Having two ovens was really useful. The two other cottages were both comfortable. Only one of them (the blue one in the pictures) has a view of the water. Eastsound is about 20 minutes away, and the ferry is around 35 minutes, but we loved this location. It felt remote, but still close enough to make trips to the market. We did have a little issue when we locked a key inside one of the cottages, and on a weekend, but the management crew was a phone call away, and they really went out of their way to help us out and get my parents back in their cottage quickly. We'd definitely come back and stay here again."

"From the moment we walked in, to the time we (sadly) left, we loved our stay. A bald eagle visited us on our first night while we had dinner. Every morning, we sat in awe at the sunrise over water. A slice of heaven."
