"This property was located well and very neat, and Vacasa (property management) was responsive. However, access was difficult as the lock box was jammed, and the advertised parking was not available which was a problem because the town of Ludlow does not allow overnight street parking and there were no alternatives. This made for a stressful stay given we had a late arrival. Vacasa was responsive and very nice, but ultimately could not resolve the parking issue. Beds, pillows, and couch were uncomfortable. Otherwise, listing was as pictured and adequate."

"Perfect!! The house was exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better if you are going to Okemo Ski Mountain. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Craig was a pleasure to communicate with. Very fast to respond to any question we had. I would highly recommend staying here."

"House was well maintained and beds were comfortable. A few supply issues that were resolved quickly. Although we had no problems, I can see that it could be difficult to get to if there was a snowstorm. Gas Grill didn't get very hot - but not sure if that is because it was the winter."
