    Property condition


    Property needs either to be demolished or a major renovation. Nothing has been updated and the interior and exterior are in rough shape the internet pictures are from along time ago and deceiving. The staff were friendly and helpful they are doing the best they can with a property that should be condemned.

    Don't Make the Mistake I Did By Staying Here

    This place needs new management immediately!!! The property itself is not that bad but the service was absolutely terrible. I arrived to the hotel at 7pm, 4hrs after check in and was told that there were no clean rooms available. As I sat in the lounge waiting, I noticed that there was multiple other people waiting as well. I overheard one particular gentleman say he arrived at check in, was not given a room so went out had dinner and a drink to kill time but still came back to no room. I called Wyndham to make a complaint, they talked to the front desk clerk(not manager... who was nowhere to be found), offered me a room(before the gentle who had been waiting 4 hrs, likely because he didnt put in a formal complaint) and said they would reimburse $40. Not only did they not reimburse the $40 2 weeks later, they never returned my deposit so had to make multiple calls to their front desk and Wyndham(still have yet to get my deposit back). If you stayed here or end up staying here(please don't for your sake) check your credit card statement because they may make this mistake multiple times hoping no one notices. I usually dont give bad reviews and I really did not want to because I like the La Quinta brand but this was a bit too much. I looked at all the other bad reviews and decided to give them a shot but I am really sorry I did. If your reading this don't make the mistake I did.

    Bad experience with the maid throwing away my contacts and surgical stockings because she packed up my items the day before I was to check out and she never checked with front desk. However front desk staff took proper action and were extremely professional. Would still go back there.
