Enjoy my home. Mi casa es su casa. Large private main area of 2 family home with lovely hardwood and tile floors. Updated kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Brand new twin beds in smaller rooms. Two master bedrooms; one upstairs with Full size bed and one downstairs with King size bed. Updated downstairs bathroom with granite double sink. Window air conditioners in bedrooms for those warm summer days and nights. Large backyard with small fire pit, good for playing, BBQing or just relaxing in the sun. There is also an enclosed back porch off the the dining from with large windows to sit and relax or enjoy a meal on rainy days or if too hot to sit outside. Private 4 cars driveway. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THERE IS A DESIGNATED AREA IN THE BACKYARD ONLY. You are within 5 minutes to LIRR with 1 hour ride to NYC. Near mall, restaurants, outlet mall, all major highways, movie theaters, concert venues, parks, beaches, amusement parks, golf, horseback riding, ice skating, bowling, etc. You can do it all or nothing. I have TVs with cable, Internet and Roku are also available.
