There was an active water damage issue with visible mold present in an upper corner of the toilet area. This was not a new situation. I brought to the attention of the property. This is not consistent with the standards held dear to this franchise.

They never cleaned our room. Even after I told the front desk. The floors all over the property were in vacuumed and in the room, the floor was sticky and we had to clean the floor.
