Customer service is a thumbs down
Was ok, however, the housekeeping door was left open and i saw a half full liquor bottle on the shelf. I attempted to notify the hilton but they said they could find my information even though I provided them with everything. They certainly found my bank information though because they had no trouble receiving payment.
