The room & especially bathroom weren't clean. Stain on pillow and on sheets. All but 1 hotel staff person was either rude or acted high and unhelpful. We were talked into paying $15/person to travel to AT&T Stadium when the hotel shuttle could have taken us for free with a tip to the driver. Hot eggs and bacon/sausage were not good.
Room look good but the bathroom had mold and they need check those beds for bed bugs.
The rooms were very nice and roomy. The breakfast was very good. My stay was so short I didn’t have a chance to check out any of the amenities. It was very convenient to the convention center.
