It’s a rip-off I do not even know where is that place, I was told that the hotel is in Grapevine a couple blocks from Benny Hinn place I will report it to the organization so they can warn the people that are coming to Grapevine about this scam. when I got to the airport it was a misleading statement to lure me in to get my money not to help me. I think I should get my money back or I will take legal action against you guys. The travel part was perfect.
I liked the sitting areas with tv’s. The fireplace outside was cozy. The breakfast was good and just enough selection. The staff was awesome especially Arville who took the initiative to get change for me for my Uber driver at a nearby store. The carpets in the room need shampooing and weren’t vacuumed every day I was there. I could here doors slamming from guests next to me coming in and out and that was a little annoying but overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely make reservations here again.
