Good stopover or longer stay

Well situated for a trip to McKinney and Collin County, the Inn is comfortable, convenient to downtown and I-75 and comfortable. A good place to stay.

Wasn’t crowded which was a plus . Checked in around 9pm and there was no one at the check in desk. Stood there tapping on the bell for 3 minutes before someone showed up. Got to my room and there were no towels. TV remote didn’t work. Assigned room 100 which turned out to share a wall with the exercise room. Loud banging through the evening the following day. Had to check out early to catch a flight, approx 5 am, again stood there tapping on the bell waiting for service. A couple of minutes later a guy stuck his head out of the kitchen and said he would check me out in about 5 minutes because he was cooking breakfast for continental service. I told him I couldn’t wait because I had to get to the airport. His response was,”just leave key card on the counter”. So I left without any kind of receipt. Place seems to be under-staffed

Enjoyed the breakfasts. Enjoyed the proximity to the highway. One thing I didn't like (and I'[m not too sure you can do anything about it) was when we came into our room each time, it was very humid and felt damp. Thank you for everything.
