- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Woman at check in was off putting, asking multiple questions about my dogs as if she was not going to permit them (they were still in my car and quiet). Instructed us to only potty them in a narrow alley behind the building full of old cans and other garbage. She then told me several times how they should charge extra fees for dogs, and bragged on the rooms. My room had several lights that didn't work, leaving me in very dim lighting. The outlet near the bed was half out of the wall, and the room smelled of mold. I later found out that the room above had a leak and had required all the plumbing to be replaced. The room phone began ringing at 9:30 at night, it was the front desk person checking on the room. Annoying when you are trying to rest. Good thing I had to be up early anyway, because someone was vacuuming the hallway around 6am. I stay in cheap hotels like this often when showing dogs, and this is definitely the most disappointing night I've had.
