A wonderful new patio with a white picket fence has lots of comfortable seating, a barbecue, and everything you need for al fresco dining - making it super easy to live inside or out so you can truly enjoy Southern California living at its best. The four bedroom lower unit in this area is a rare find. This recently redesigned and updated 1600 square foot home is the perfect place for your Corona del Mar vacation with family and/or friends as it sleeps 8 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 10. As you enter this home, you are greeted with a spacious ocean-decor great room with a living, dining and kitchen area. The welcoming living room has lots of comfortable seating, a large wall mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player, and a functioning brick fireplace. Sliding glass doors makes it an easy flow to the outside patio. The newly redesigned kitchen has all new appliances and countertops, a wine cooler, lost of new cabinets for storage, and a subway tile backsplash. A kitchen island provides additional seating for conversing with, or helping the cooks create culinary delights. A gorgeous tile floor extends throughout this area that includes table and chairs for 6 to 8. The outside table is very nearby so everyone can eat together is desired. The master bedroom has a California King bed, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a double sink for your enjoyment. There are e guest bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. In keeping with ensuring your comfort, all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens. There is also a laundry room and plenty of parking for your convenience. THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY It's a beach fool with a fun, well furnished patio where you can hang out and relax as well as enjoy the neighborhood happenings. 4 Bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, so everyone can get a good night's sleep so they are ready for the adventures of the next day. Its location is a short 1.2 miles to the sand and surf of Corona Beach. And a half mile walk to Fashion Island Mall as well as many great Corona del Mar restaurants right up the street. This house is positioned between LA and Dan Diego - with easy access to all that both areas have to offer and only 30 minutes to Disneyland. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY No smoking is allowed inside or out on this property. Due to the moderate local climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and while families and children are welcome, we make every effort to respect our neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfertures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure yu are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Beach Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our brief stay at this property. The location was perfect. We spent each evening sitting outside enjoying the peace and tranquility of the outside seating area. It was close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. We will be coming back! The bedrooms were comfortable and everything we needed was included in the house. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Corona Del Marvelous!

Location perfect! We had bikes delivered and rode to park to play tennis, the beach, to Newport and ferried to Balboa. Had several cars and plenty of room to park . Loved the couches on front patio!! AND the neighbor hung an OSU flag! - Sue Berg, Columbus, OH

Perfect front patio

Fantastic rental. We had everything we needed. Liquor store was really close and the outside patio is really nice. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a BBQ if you’d like to use it, just clean it up after you use it... there is a house being built next door and the workers do start work at 7. I work construction so I had no problem with that and the property owners have no control over it. Great place to relax.

Very lovely place on great street in wonderful area. Construction next door was an issue.

Loved the house. Lack of air conditioning during our stay was not an issue, but we could see that it could be a problem. There was a house being built next door and really loud construction began at 7:00 AM and was non stop until 4:00 PM. This was somewhat of a problem for us, but we were gone a great deal because we were in town for a wedding. If we had gone for peace and quiet it would have been very irritating. The house is spacious and clean with comfortable and ample furnishings. The neighborhood is a delight. Walking distance to restaurants is great and although the beach is a longer walk, it is a beautiful one. Owners were wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again (when no construction) and we would recommend this place. 5 star place without the construction and when the weather is not experiencing a heat wave. (We were fortunate on that!)


Clean and spacious house, amazing fully equipped kitchen, nice decor and cute neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, we loved the neighborhood and the only reason I’m giving it a 3 star instead of a 5 star is because they are building a house right next door. On weekend it’s fine, but if you stay there Monday -Friday be prepared to hear some hammers and saws right at 7am. It is such a bummer, had I known that before hand from owner i probably wouldn’t have rented it, or maybe rented it for a cheaper price.
