"The house has a lovely deck and long range views. It is spring in NC, so we got to experience sunny 80s, rain and even chilly snow flurries all in the same week! The neighborhood is HUGE with lots of trails and amenities. Definitely encourage visitors to check out the waterfalls hikes on site as you get them to yourself. Only 30 mins to Pisgah and ~ 20 to Dupont with wonderful hiking in both. Brevard is a terrific town, too. It's an older home that has been nicely updated. The kitchen had most things we needed and the large table fit our family of 5. The space was clean, though I think we may have been some of the first spring renters and the porch cushions could use a wash. Took us awhile to figure out the upstairs ductless units; maybe some screen shots or troubleshooting could be added to the book? That and I wish there was kayak/canoe rental for the many lakes. Truly a beautiful area!"

"We really loved this home and the community it was in. My husband and I were there with our 4 adult children and 3 spouses, plus 1 infant. There was plenty of room for all, and good work space for those who needed to work a couple days. We took advantage of the lovely golf course, the pickleball courts, the hiking trails (both in the community itself and some longer hikes in the Brevard area), and Mountain Biking at DuPont State Recreation Area. The kitchen is wonderful for a larger group and we really enjoyed cooking and just hanging out in this beautiful spot! Jessica was great about answering all my questions and very accommodating with some special requests. Our whole family would highly recommend!!"

"The Mountain View home is spectacular. It is roomy and fully equipped with all the necessities. It has multiple lakes, views, trials, and a friendly community. The check in process with the owner is informative and very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend and as always return."

"There is a fair amout of places to stay in that area but something told me to pick this one and I'm glad I did. There were 5 kids and 5 adults that stayed here with plenty of room for all of us. Every single person was asking to stay longer and all agreed that the next time we are in North Carolina, we will stay here. We were worried about keeping the kids entertained before we got to the property but between the lake, the nearby hiking trails, and the board games that were at the house, they were always happy. Every bed was comfortable, every room was clean, the kitchen was well stocked to cook and eat, and the view was amazing. 10 out of 10. We will be back!"
