Lovely little place right on the river!

We had a great weekend enjoying the river and the quiet outdoors! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. You could tell that much thought had gone into this home.

    Peaceful getaway on the river

We had a lovely relaxing time here, it was welcoming and extremely clean. The kids waded in the water and played in the sand. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the porch overlooking the river and a campfire by the water in the evening. We look forward to returning again in the future!

    Very clean and comfortable

We stayed at this cabin during a brief getaway. It was a great weekend; the kids got to fish off the bank, we explored the hiking trails at the nearby State Parks, and discovered Smithville and its welcoming people. It was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable cabin on the river. The owners were responsive and attentive, and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We hope to come back with a canoe next time!
