There was sewage water flowing out of a pipe at the front of the building, where we parked initially. It smelled, of course, and was a complete turn off. Inc ewe got to our room, realized that the remote needed batteries. Went to the front desk and told the attendant, who said that a manger would come to our room. Fifteen minutes later, had to go back to the front desk. Was then given the office remote. I was tired, needed to relax and watch some tv. Clearly, a working remote was a bit much to request.
