    We are directly across from Lake Erie. Our address is 33215 Lake Rd. Avon Lake, Ohio, 44012. You will have access to a small private park & beach across the street just 500 feet away. It is a rocky beach, very common along the Shore, not designed for swimming, but you can. Recent change in water levels has eroded a lot of the beach. The Sunrises and Sunsets are quite serene and gorgeous! At the top of the cliff, overlooking the beach, there is a small private and relaxing park. There are a couple of other parks and beaches on the shore of Lake Erie within walking distance. We are located only 35 minutes from downtown Cleveland & 45 minutes from Sandusky Cedar Point and Erie Islands. Swimming Beaches are 1 mile from our home in either direction. We are offering the second floor of our home for your private use. It has 2 bedrooms with a full private bath & reading room. The laundry, 1st fl. kitchen, living & family rooms are shared with host. You and those in your party will be the only overnight guests while you are while with us. The one bedroom has 2 twin beds. The other bedroom has a full double bed. We are also able to provide sleeping bags for additional guests. On the second floor, there is a room available for reading, listening and/or watching television/movies. Netflix & Amazon Prime are FREE. There is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the home. You are also welcome to use the rooms and appliances on the first floor at any time. These include a living room, kitchen, dining room & family room. There is a working fireplace on the first floor. In the basement there is also a washer and dryer available. We, as your hosts, will be available throughout your stay. We will have plenty of options available for you to enjoy for breakfast or any other meal. There is instant hot water in kitchen at the sink and an automatic ice maker in kitchen fridge. We also have options for coffee: a drip coffee maker is available as well as a French Press or a Cappuccino maker. You are welcome to use either the back or front yard to relax. There is a fire pit in the backyard that you are welcome to use as well as a charcoal grill. Feel free to invite your family and/or friends over to share some time with you. Smoking is permitted outdoors or in the garage. We will also provide for you lots of information on places to visit and local points of interests as well as shopping and dining. We are about a 35 minute drive from downtown or Cleveland Hopkins Airport. We are very close to I 90 and about 15 minutes from I 480. Sandusky (Cedar Point) and the Erie Islands are about 45-60 minutes away. Akron/Canton (Football Hall of Fame) is about 1 hr. and 15 minutes away.
    Guest accommodations at this bed & breakfast offer fireplaces and washers/dryers. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.
    Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Televisions come with DVD players and Netflix. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers.

      A Quiet Respite

      My home away from home for the weekend to relive memories of years gone by and visit long time friends. Brian and Pat were gracious hosts and welcomed me as if I were family. Stories shared and even a link to Magnificat High School, my alma mater. Brian was my personal breakfast chef and Pat was my late night storyteller. Great B&B across the road from Lake Erie. My accommodations on the second floor were spotless and inviting. A sitting room where I spent time crocheting and a bed and bath that afforded me the pleasures of home. The best part of the stay was spending time with them in the evenings. They are gracious hosts.

        Fantastic!

        A charming house--felt like home, but nicer! Hosts were extraordinary--made us feel welcome, helped with travel plans during our stay, made breakfasts to die for. We highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area!

          Relaxing Getaway

          This is a lovely home with great hosts! Brian and Pat make you feel so welcome in their home and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Brian’s breakfasts are awesome, the guest quarters are spotlessly clean and beds are super comfortable! We enjoyed our stay very much!!

            Quant lil lake view getaway

            What a great stay it was at Brian and Pat's place and they were such wonderful hosts!! Beautiful lil spot within walking distance to the lake. The private bedrooms, sitting room and bathroom on their 2nd floor were very clean and comfortable. They were both so helpful in recommending places to visit and eating establishments. Can't say enough about what wonderful folks they were and how comfortable they made you feel in their home. Brian sure knows how to whip up a great breakfast to help you get your day going!! This is definitely one of the most comfortable and friendly B & B's I've stayed in over the years and I would highly recommend it... From two old time girlfriends in Ohio

              Labor Day Getaway

              Becky and I were looking for a nice lakeside retreat for the long holiday weekend, and booking this B&B was the perfect solution. Brian and Pat are lovely hosts, the breakfasts were as great as advertised (by other reviewers), and the proximity to Westlake and Bay Village allowed for lots of great lakeside parks, beaches, and restaurants. Oh, and thanks, Pat, the trip to Vermillion on the way home was an excellent recommendation!
