Toni's place is one floor of a unique older home in the Lakewood area and I could not be happier with my rental.
Basics: Toni's home was very clean, organized and a comfort to stay in. Toni supplied coffee, water and some other basics. Toni was easy to work, answered questions about restaurants and bars within walking distance and was otherwise very responsive. The price was great. Best pizza in town is within walking distance -- recommended by Toni, our cab driver and now me and my friends. Cab fare to downtown, the Qicken Loans arena, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and all the restaurants in the downtown area was about $20. So, ideal location. No need to rent your own car.
Other: This was my first stay in a VRBO and I could not have been happier. SIx of us were in town for the NCAA wrestling championship and stayed at Toni's place. It was a pleasure to come "home" each night and be able to sit in the living room and visit or smoke a cigar on the outside patio. We also were able to enjoy coffee together each morning before heading out to the tournament. Hotels would never have provided that option.
One caution: If it is cold, make certain you listen to and follow Toni's instructions about the heating. I did not and our first night started out on the chilly side. That is on me though. Toni told me what to do. I did not.
