Great location, decor and views. Convenience store in lobby was very helpful. Should have free Wi-Fi. That is a basic service of any hotel.

This was our first time staying at a Hilton. I took my kids to the Cleveland Browns game, and we stayed one night at the Hilton. All three of us were very impressed!! The staff was so very helpful and welcoming. Our room had a couple issues when we first checked in, a running toilet and phone that wouldn't charge, but the front desk has maintenance called, and everything was fixed within 20 mins of checking in! The room was beautiful! The restaurant was amazing, a little pricey for me, but I understand. The pool was perfect for my kids. And I loved that we were close enough to walk to the stadium, and leave our car parked with the hotel while we were at the game. It made everything so much easier. We would totally stay again!

Fabulous Stay!
It was just a one-night stay but really enjoyed it. We were able to check-in early which was great. Very courteous and friendly service by the hotel staff. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. We had great views of the city. Valet service was also very good. Would have loved to have stayed longer!
