The group holiday home is located in the Harz Mountains near Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
The group holiday home includes a garden sauna and seminar barn (must be booked separately).
The house is in an absolutely secluded location on a 6000 m2 forest property on a passable forest road.
Hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right by the house, and swimming ponds are within walking distance.

You always rent the house as a complete package, i.e. the house and grounds are exclusively available to you for the duration of your stay. This guarantees an undisturbed group feeling in a private atmosphere. Our house is designed as a self-catering house - in our luxurious and fully equipped kitchen, cooking together becomes a creative experience.
Every square metre of our house combines the demands of a modern open-plan living style with the cosiness of rustic Harz tradition. Handcrafted elm furniture, a rustic floorboard and last but not least the brick-built stove in the open-plan living room convey this philosophy down to the smallest detail.
On the ground floor is the rustic group room, 2 toilet rooms with WC and washbasin as well as two shower rooms, each with 2 lockable showers.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor have 2 and 5 beds respectively.
On the upper floor are the 6 further bedrooms and 3 toilet rooms with WC and hand basin.

The house has a covered veranda in front of the entrance door and a sunny south-facing terrace, which can be accessed from the living room.
A large charcoal barbecue is available there.
On the large property there is plenty of space to play, a table tennis table, a large sauna house and a seminar barn (must be booked separately).

Plenty of space for everyone and the beautiful countryside is waiting to be discovered by you!
If you want to celebrate longer - no problem, here you are all to yourself

We do not rent to pure party groups such as school graduation parties, bachelor parties and similar drinking parties!

Please note: Due to the special secluded location, there is no mobile network directly at the house, but free internet is available.

Deposit, electricity, visitor's tax and possible late departure are paid in cash on site.

Shopping centres, restaurants, caterers, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, leisure facilities etc. can be found 4 km away in the mountain town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
