    About this property

Nestled in the Heart of The Hocking Hills!

Hummingbird Holler is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home in a stunning 5 acre setting! The best part is we are close to everything. Old Man's Cave, Rockhouse, Conkle's Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, Tar Hollow State Park, and even Grandma Faye's are all very close! Forget something? The grocery store is just up the road in Laurelville. Hill Willie's Hideaways, LLC has tried to make this feel like home by providing internet, Directv in the master and livingroom on 50" and 65" TVs, and a land line. There is an Onkyo stereo that you can bluetooth and enjoy your own music (Just please keep it down after 9pm). We have a huge kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers, complete dinner set and more! Feel like grilling out? We have provided a large 4 burner gas grill! There is even a picnic shelter to sit and enjoy your fresh grilled goods down by the creek! Afterwards, relax by the fire and have some s'mores! All of the mattresses and bedding are brand new! The spacious master bedroom boasts a King size bed and two dressers. The second bedroom offers a new queen, and the third has a set of bunk beds with a trundle bed. You can bring the whole family! The large dining room table seats 6 easily. We even have a front loading washer and dryer! Sitting on either of the two porches or inside with the windows open, you can hear the sounds of the small creek that lines the property. You are free to roam the woods as the property lines are clearly marked by both driveways and flags. At the far end of the property you will find a shooting range if you want to exercise your second amendment rights. Hummingbird Holler got it's name from the several seasonal hummingbirds that visit each year. We put out multiple feeders to make sure you will get to experience such a fun and interesting bird. You can spot Hummingbird Holler from a good distance as we have 2 of our signature pink concrete deer marking the driveway.
