    Loved the location of the hotel but disappointed that there was no operational bar and no suggestions of drinks in the area.

    My room was comfortable and clean. The desk chair was rather dirty and so was the carpet through-out the room and elevator lobby area for that matter. I called the front desk at 7:45 a.m. more clean towels and was told I couldn't get them until 9:00 a.m. I spoke directly with the housekeeping coordinator and she had towels brought up immediately. Not bad for an overnight stay but probably will not choose this location again.

    I don't like to write bad reviews, but I have to voice my experience. I stayed at the Warwick Allerton in Chicago for one night a few months back and got bed bug bites. I let the managers know about this and they said they would look into it by investigating it, and get back to me. After having left numerous voicemails to the managers, they still have not contacted me back for a resolution. Such bad customer service! To be noted that I stayed there once before, and everything was fine. But now, needless to say, I will not stay there again.

    Overall my stay was ok. I was on the top floor. Beautiful view. Pros: The staff at the front desk was great. We got to check in at 12:30p which was a huge help. The fitness center is amazing. Overall, this hotel is wonderful. Starbucks coffee in the room. The location is convenient and there are lots of shops nearby. The beds are comfortable and the room stays warm when adjusted to your likeness. The water gets pretty hot and bathroom is GORGEOUS! Cons: I was notified upon check-in that there is a $60 a night hold for incidentals. That wasn’t stated anywhere upon my booking the stay. I didn’t budget for that so keep that in mind before you book a room here. There are a few things in the room that weren’t clean. The refrigerator that’s supposed to contain drinks and other things was empty. I don’t care that it was empty what I do care about is the fact that it’s filthy. The drawers where the snacks were supposed to be was also dirty. There were crumbs in the holder for the drinking glasses. There were stains on the wall. We found blood on our comforter and requested a new one. After three phone calls to the front desk and two hours later, we still didn’t get one. The next morning the manager brought one after I called again. If I’m paying a certain price for a 4-star hotel I expect it to be clean to a certain extent. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.
