    Perfect location- we could see Water Tower Place, John Hancock and Lake Michigan from our room. Staff was helpful and professional. Lovely lobby with tasteful holiday decorations. Charming, European feeling hotel. A favorite choice on our frequent visits to Chicago.

    Clerk gave me wrong receipt. Opened door to our room and someone already occupied it. Our friends room had dirty towels in shower and food all over walls. Staff wasn’t really concerned about our issues. Great location to everything though.
