    I was disappointed with the outside appearance. The parking lot was gravel with pot holes and people were hanging out front. During registration I was shocked to hear the guest in front of me was paying half the rate I was for the same room. I thought I was getting the best rate from Hotel.com. Once I got to my room I was completely surprised. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room made up for my displeasure with the outside appearance and my negative experience at check in.

    I liked the large room, firm mattress, numerous TV channels,and spacious bathroom. I appreciated that I was in a building where you needed a key card to enter and that my room entrance was in a hallway. I loved having laminate floors instead of carpet. Hands-down one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in this year. The staff was helpful, found a functioning cab company, and offered water upon my arrival.

      Terrible with a very large “T”.

      This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. SKETCHY with a capital “S”!!! Weird people hanging around out front, the room smelled terrible, the towels were not white, there was hair in the sink when I got there, the bed was a wrinkled mess (again when I got there), the bed was not made when I came back for night number two... As you can see, not a good experience. As a matter of fact I went back and got my stuff because I refused to stay there for the second night! Terrible all across the board!
