Such a wasting time
When I checked in, the receptionist told me I have to pay again and I asked the reason, she said the Hotels.com only did reservations and did not collect money. It was wired but sometimes it only reserves so I gave her my credit card but the charge was totally different from what I reserved. I asked her again and she said that’s because of the tax. I opened my email and checked what I got from Hotels.com and showed to her and she said that is wrong. My rate was 110.00 and what she gave me was 150.00. Finally, she found out that the reservation was for someone else and she made a mistake. Then she said I need to check with her manager next morning. The next morning, when I checked out the manager told me I reserved for the night before (10/16) which wasn’t true. My booking says I booked for the 17th night. After some arguments, they said it was their mistake and it was such a wasting time.
