    Set within the prestigious Pestana Golf Resort at Vale da Pinta, this stunning two-level T3 townhouse is furnished to the highest standards, and is the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday with it’s breathtaking views over the golf course, shared infinity pool which overlooks the 18th hole, onsite facilities including two restaurants, a cafe, mini supermarket, tennis courts, spa, driving range, golf school, practise green and of course, two 18 hole golf courses. As you enter the property you have the kitchen to your left and the open plan lounge/ diner to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils to ensure that you have a stress-free self catering experience. The sliding french doors from the kitchen lead onto a private patio which houses an outdoor dining set under the pergola-style roof, which is the perfect hideaway for a midday BBQ away from the intense Algarvian sun. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area is elegantly styled with comfort in mind. A delux L-shaped sofa frames the room, but the views through the feature floor to ceiling french doors along the back wall, steal the show! The living area spills out onto a second outdoor patio area which has incredible endless views of the Vale da Pinta golf course and immediate access to the green. This property has three large bedrooms which are configured as two doubles and a twin set which can be pushed together if preferred. Each bedroom is serviced by its own bathroom, by way of two ensuites and one communal on the ground level. The master bedroom neighbours the twin bedroom on the upper level, and has a large private balcony which overlooks the golf course and surroundings nearby. The ensuite to the master bedroom is equipped both with a stand alone shower and spa bathtub. This townhouse is comfortable all year around with air conditioners throughout, central heating in all rooms and a lovely gas log fire to curl up in front of in the cooler months. You do not need to be a golf lover to fall in love with this property! With nearby access from the apartment to the Infinity pool, relax and watch the children swim, watch the golfers finish on the 18th Hole, or enjoy some of the popular onsite facilities. Ideally located between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, you are a short drive away from several magnificent beaches, culturally rich neighbouring towns to explore (Silves and Ferragudo), beautiful walking trails at Serra de Monchique, and countless tourist attractions, such as Slide & Splash Water Park which is just a few minutes by car! With the opening of the new motorway transfers from Faro Airport to our apartment could not be easier, taking no more than 45-60 minutes. A car is not required but it is recommended.
    Air-conditioned accommodations at this resort offer hair dryers and irons/ironing boards. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.
