"Instead of getting two hotels rooms, we were able to find this 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths and kitchen, not to mention in unit washer and dryer. Like majority of VRBOs I have stayed in, they all need a little TLC. This one overall was clean, nice pool, close to restaurants/stores and communication with property staff was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this rental and when we are back in the Tampa area, would definitely stay again."

"Second time we have stayed long term. Yuli and Marie are quick to respond, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The house is comfortable with everything you might need on hand. Outside area is roomy, well equipped and just plain fun. Hoping for another time to be there."

"This property was reasonably priced. Though it was a deal, it was thoughtfully curated with a small kitchen equipped with several small appliances, including a smoother blender, toaster, coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator stocked with water and frozen blueberries and broccoli, cabinets with flatware and dishware, a small sink, a dinette, and a cookie. The bathroom was compact but equipped with a waterfall shower attachment, hairdryer, towels and sundry toiletries. There was a television and provided wi-fi access. The property also had access to a small garden and walkable sidewalks. Most importantly, it was clean and the owner Edna was friendly and accessible. The property was also pet friendly which was important to me and my service dog. We will return when we come to Tampa again."
