Friendly welcome at check in. Room large but a little cluttered... mirror standard lamp and seat all in one corner......With pull cords apparent this is obviously a disabled access room .... Room 152... Not too obviously disabled as the loo seat was at normal height! Disabled would have struggled as the lifts were apparently temperamental!

Front of house staff were excellent - helpful and answered queries promptly. Breakfast was good too. Unfortunately, the walls in the bedrooms are thin so you can hear conversations in a neighbouring room. Room also had bits of paper on the floor from a previous guest and simply needed a blinking good vacuum!
