"Richard was very communicative and helpful throughout the process from initial enquiry and through our stay. He proactively sent information through about the property and the location and this was really useful for us. The property itself is a lot larger than it looks from the photos. It was 32C to 36C during our stay and the air conditioning worked great in every room. The property was very clean throughout when we arrived. We were in group of 7 and everyone was very comfortable there. Location wise, it's a very short walk to the communal pool. The water was the perfect temperature and the kids enjoyed spending time in the pool on most days. It's also a short walk to some really great bars and restaurants. Our particular favourite was Atipico, a modern Tapas restaurant serving delicious food - but there are plenty of places to choose from. The beach is about a 10-15 walk away and it's a really nice long, sandy beach. You can always get the bus down the hill and back again if you don't fancy the walk. The bus stop is also close by for Alicante and Santa Pola so it really is a perfect spot. Overall, we had a fabulous time and I literally have no negative comments to make. "Honestly, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Location wise, the apartment is close to one of the land train stops, which services all the main attractions in Gran Alicante, including the commercial centre, beach and restaurants. There are also restaurants, bars, a well stocked shop and bakery within walking distance of the apartment. We highly recommend Atipico (less than a five minute walk) - the food really is incredible. The apartment itself is spotless and equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We enjoyed the comfortable inside space (extensive tv channel selection for nights in) and the terrace, which has plenty of space to eat and relax. The pool area is well maintained and was not too busy during our stay. Brigitte and Gunther are fabulous hosts with responsive communication both before and during our stay. We loved that they met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. They left Cava and delicious pastries from the bakery which really got our holiday off to a great start. If you are looking for a 5* experience, this is the place for you. We will definitely be returning soon."
