    Historic farm stay in East Aurora
    Located 1 mile west of the Village of East Aurora on Quaker road (Rte. 20A.) The one story first floor apartment includes 850 sq. ft. of period sensitive renovations. The unit includes a large covered front and back porchs with gas and charcoal grills. The home which was originally built around 1865 sits on 6 1/3 acres of now dormant farmland. The property includes nature trails leading to a wildlife preserve and a creekside campfire pit. The unit is furnished with a new kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a double oven and new wooden cabinets. A barn wood table and breakfast bar were built from site salvaged barn wood are featured in the kitchen. The spacious living room includes a flat screen TV with cable and a new couch. High speed Wireless internet is access is provided at no additional charge. The Owner / Architect occupies a separated portion of the first floor for his home office. Open 7:30 am to 4:00 pm M-F the office has its own front porch entrance. Tenants are free to use the front porch. Tenants also have their own private covered entrance from the back porch , that includes a picnic table & great views to the farm fields , barn & wood line. One mile west of the historic village of East Aurora and the Roycroft Campus. A wide variety of dining establishments are located within the village, as well as antique shops, art galleries and dress shops. Arco~Santi is the perfect haven to relax and enjoy they natural serenity of this 1870's era farmhouse & the unique property just outside of one of western New York's most quaint villages

        Coming Home

        Authentic farmhouse feel.Kitchen had all the things that you usually have to buy condiments, spices soap detergent. the view out the window was beautiful.

          Close to Village of East Aurora

          This property is the embodiment of a typical EA dwelling - an older home with unique archietectural details. It has been updated over the years and is very comfortable and clean. We found Greg, the landlord, to be a genuine, friendly person who was very accommodating during our visit. He is also knowledgeable about the surrounding area and pointed out a trail accessible from the back of the property that was fun to hike.

            Lovely old farmhouse

            Beautiful location with fields/gardens in the back. Space in house as advertised. Need some instructions on workings of various things and some new towels and washcloths would be great. Greg very nice and very interested in the feedback in person.

              Owner unreponsive to gross misrepresentation of property.

              Gross misrepresention of property, owner on property doing loud renovations, lack of privacy, very old peeling paint, disgusting sink, very busy road, broken wifi, no water view. Owner nonresponsive to concerns.
