    Adults-only Buffalo vacation home in Albright, near Albright - Knox Art Gallery
    One of the BEST locations in the hart of Buffalo! A spacious two floor, one bedroom sunny carriage house with a fireplace, deck, washer/dryer and kitchen in an open floor design plan is located in beautiful Elmwood Village. Space This fully furnished spacious carriage house is separate from the main house and located at the back of the property, with its own private entrance, on a quiet street. This sunny carriage house has a queen bed with an expansive living room/kitchen open concept. Enjoy fresh towels from the bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom or from the hallway from the living room. Sit at the kitchen table while watching cable TV with the glow of the fireplace flickering in the background. On warm days, enjoy sitting on the deck cooking from the grill while air conditioning cools off the house for the warm afternoons or take stroll through the flower garden. For longer stays, the convenience of the washer/dryer as well as an iron is in the house with a full kitchen to cook meals all within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. *I prefer 3-day reservations, but I may be able to accept a 2-day request or even a 1-day request with the addition of an increased cleaning fee. Guest access Guests will have a self check-in process where I will provide a door code for you to leverage during your stay. No key is required so you may check-in as late as you would like. Guest interaction During your stay, text will be the best way to communicate as I am consistently out and about enjoying the neighborhood. Neighborhood overview The Elmwood Village, one of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods, as designated by the American Planning Association, and Buffalo/Niagara's most vibrant shopping, dining and cultural district, can be enjoyed year-round. Whether you're already in the neighborhood, elsewhere in Western New York, or visiting from across the border, the Elmwood Village is a wonderful destination. Many consider the Elmwood Village to be the heart and cultural soul of Buffalo. Bounded by the world-famous Albright-Knox Art Gallery and Buffalo State College campus to the north, and historic Allentown to the south, this community provides residents visitors with a diverse retail experience. The Elmwood neighborhood is a shopper’s paradise, with boutiques, restaurants, cafés, delis, salons, specialty shops, and nightclubs. Everything you need from groceries to clothing stores is a quick walk away! Other things to note Make sure to take time to walk through the neighborhood to view the historic mansions in the neighborhood on your way to Delaware Park!

        Absolute Best Location

        Location in Elmwood area of Buffalo close to everything...lovely homes as you walk to historic Olmsted Park with Hoyt Lake, lots of great eats also a block or two away, and wonderful museums! We liked the off street parking and private laundry room, living room and bedroom spacious with full kitchen and bathroom. Definitely hope to return next summer!

            excellent

            it was very clean and fresh. Garett is an excellent host He takes pride in his properties and the comfort of his guests. My only reservation was the bed. Due for a new one and i suggested a king which would be appealing to a wider pool of potential renters and not cost that much more

              What a great neighborhood

              Just as described, the carriage house was clean, comfortable and well located. A lovely area for walking, good eating and fun shopping it was a good place for my first visit to Buffalo. Garett was an excellent host available for any question. Would definitely stay here again.
