Always an excellent experience. I bit far from most things except San Telmo which is. A 15 minute walk.

Located near the boardwalk, Hotel Madero Buenos Aires is in Buenos Aires's Puerto Madero neighborhood, a walkable area with good shopping. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Plaza San Martin and Japanese Garden, while Presidente Sarmiento Frigate Ship Museum and Cabildo are cultural highlights. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at La Bombonera or Luna Park. Our guests appreciate the hotel's quiet location.
I stayed in this hotel before, a few years ago & liked it so bòoked again. I did wonder if it would have become 'tired' in this time, but not so! This is a modern-style hotel, it is very well-maintained a nd even the standard rooms are large with a feeling of luxury. I was very comfortable. The surrounding area in Puerto Madero is lovely - a renovared docland with lovely riverside walking with bars & cafes alongside and a well-landscaped dockside feel. Very safe, all families and couples enjoying the atmosphere. Nearby are many of Buenos Aires 'sights' and must-see areas either within walking distance or short taxi ride (very cheap). Only 30 mins max to domestic airport (Jorges Newberry)...makes hotel a good overnight stop if you have a connecting flight from there. (And i would recommend Puerto Madero as a good overnight place to rest up from a long international flight due to its laid back & pleasant atmosphere...perfect place to relax with a steak & glass of wine!
