one of the rooms we were assigned had not been made ready for rental. It had not been cleaned. We returned to the front desk to tell the young lady about it and we were given another room. It too had not been cleaned. Back to the front desk. the receptionist, Muna went with us to find a clean room. Finally another one was located. This was not a good start to our stay. I will say the Muna was really helpful and saw to it that we didn't have to pay for parking for the night. The rooms we finally got were ok, I had asked for sheets and a blanket for my mom as she does not like the thick European duvet covers. She received 2 sheets and no blanket. So desk staff very nice, cleaning staff not impressive.
