"I'm not usually into the luxury hotel scene but wanted someplace safe and quiet as I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. This checked all the boxes, super safe neighborhood and although I was disappointed by getting an inside room without a view, it was super quiet. BBC headquarters is nearby which means even extra security on the street. The hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Our room was cleaned at least 2x daily. We had a daily fruit platter in our room and shortbread cookies. Lovely tea, coffee and water service in the room was complimentary. Easy walking access to Oxford Circus, shopping, etc.. Some good dining options in the area. Easy to get anywhere in the city or to airport from here. Recommended for peace of mind."

"St Giles is in a fantastic location for exploring London, visiting the tourist attractions, going to the theatres, going shopping etc. It’s reasonable price (compared to other hotels in London) also helps with the holiday budget. The staff are lovely and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The ongoing refurbishment has also updated/modernised some of their bedrooms so it was lovely that some of our party stayed in those. Their Hudson’s House bar has great music, drinks and a nice atmosphere. Cucina, their Italian restaurant, has lovely food and a wide selection of drinks. The 25% discount offered to guests is also very beneficial. "

"Brilliant. A breath of fresh air, no TV, no useless extras you don't need. Location is priceless. As a base in the heart of London with no distractions to keep you from exploring outside, you can't beat it. The rooftop bar is great as well. Formalish but not pretentious. "

"Stayed five nights at this hotel. It is clean, quiet and very well-located. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is security at the entrance at all times. There are several underground stations near-by to get you anywhere you need to go in and around London. You can also walk to most of the major tourist sites. Literally every kind of restaurant and bar in the immediate area. I would absolutely stay here again."
