big and spacious. excellent location. nice back yard. very comfortable beds. eclectic decor throughout. very old house with “settling” - creaky floor boards and some doors hard to close.

Excellent
Wedding stay
We stayed at this house for 4 days since we had a family wedding in Boulder. Keep in mind if you book, it's a 100 year old house. When we walked in, it had a very musty smell. We opened the windows, some which had screens, some did not, and some would not open at all. Niel, the host, was very quick to respond to our concerns. The location is great and a short walk to downtown. There is not much of a yard, front or back, to sit out and enjoy. The ceiling light did not work in one of the bedrooms, nor a lamp in the master bedroom. There are lots of supplies available if you cook there. We did not. Curtains had holes/tears in them . Bottom line: would I stay there again. Probably not.
No air conditioning, to hot to sleep
1 portable air conditioner shut off when you turned the light off, really to hot to sleep since it was in the 90s during the day. Needs some updating to be a great rental. Location was spot on, close to everything.
Great house and location, and a great host
House is in a very good location in Boulder, walking distance to Pearl Street, and has lots of space with a nice yard. The house has everything you need (from laundry to supplies and entertainment) and was clean and well kept. Host is very communicative and helpful.
