The perfect stay for any trip!
Our stay here was perfect. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk hotel clerk was kind and informative. The continental breakfast was better than most, having included not only the usual pastries, coffee and fruit, but also scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon and sausage. The room itself was very tidy and clean, smelled nice when we walked inside. The bathroom provided wonderful tea tree scented shampoos and conditioners that made my hair feel extremely soft afterwards. They were pet friendly and accommodated my little chihuahua and we had no issues with him being with us during our stay. Having the free HBO and Showtime on the tv was a pleasantly surprised added bonus. The location was great too, right off the highway with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was such a great hotel, especially for the price seeing as we came for the week of Halloween to visit Salem and it was much cheaper than all of the surrounding hotels. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely consider staying at this hotel and this chain of Towneplace Suites again.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us that spent the night. Bathroom was convenient with the separate toilet/sink. Only thing I’d add is more mirrors in the bedrooms.

Got there an hour earlier than check in and was allowed to check in early which was nice of them. Room was clean and cleaned every day. very quiet at night and great location. No complaints at all
